They often often puppies for "free", usually yorkies or english bulldogs, and only request you pay the shipping. They will only accept money via Western Union (of course because there is no way to get it back). They will even give you flight information.
BUT THERE IS NO PUPPY AND THERE IS NO FLIGHT. They will then ask for additional money because there was a "glitch" in the paperwork and they just need "$xxx" to fix it. Of course they will string you along as long as possible.
One such company is Global Pet Relocators. Please be careful. Verify everything with phone numbers and if you have any questions, please shoot us a quick email and we will let you know.

We do have one dog, she is a 3 year old corgi mix. We call her our fat kid, and love her very much! I'm very interested in the female puppy. No I am not a breeder, and we do not have any children, just our dog. I'm a bit confused as well to the papers. I understand the cost of the transfer, but then what would be the cost to ship them to Hawaii? My mistake, I thought you were in Hawaii when I replied to you email. Also because Hawaii has the rabies law is your country a rabies free country? If not then when the puppy comes she would have to sit in a kennel for so many months before we could take her... These are questions that I guess we both need to figure out.
